  1. Good luck with the wall sitting! I’ve heard it said that quick bursts of exercise are better than long, monotonous blocks of running, for example. Keen to see how your strength will improve!

    • You and me both! Although I must say that initial impressions of some fairly strenuous walking without feeling out of breath over the Christmas period have been positive…but I still look the same though. 😀
